From Our Yard to Your Job Site

We know that on a construction site, timing is everything. Lumber that arrives too early gets damaged by weather. Lumber that arrives too late holds up the crew. Our scheduling system is designed to get your material there when you actually need it — not when it's convenient for us.

Treasure Valley deliveries are scheduled in morning (7am–12pm) or afternoon (12pm–5pm) windows. For commercial accounts, we offer tighter 2-hour windows to align with your crew schedules. Same-day delivery is available within the Treasure Valley for in-stock items ordered before 10am — subject to truck availability.

For projects requiring multiple deliveries over time, we set up a delivery schedule at the start of the project. You tell us the phasing, and we stage material in our yard and dispatch it according to your build timeline. Changes to the schedule? Just call — we're flexible.

A smooth delivery starts with a prepared site. Our drivers are experienced with construction environments, but a few simple preparations ensure your lumber arrives safely and ends up exactly where you want it.

For residential deliveries, please ensure the delivery area is clear of vehicles, equipment, and debris. Our trucks need a minimum 10-foot-wide access path and a firm, level surface for unloading. If you need lumber placed in a specific location (garage, backyard, second story), let us know when scheduling so we can send the appropriate truck.
